We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager who specializes in Selenium and Functional Testing to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and efficient quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for our software products, with a focus on Selenium and functional testing.
• Test Planning: Create detailed test plans, including test objectives, scope, resources, and schedule to ensure effective testing coverage.
• Test Execution: Execute functional and automated tests using Selenium to identify defects and ensure software reliability.
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the testing processes and procedures adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining a high level of software quality.

• Defect Management: Track and manage defects, working closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Reporting: Prepare and present test results and quality metrics to management, providing insights for decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality assurance process.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
