Qualification and Skills
- This position requires a BSEE or equivalent, plus ten or more years of applicable experience, including two or more years in technical support role
- Strong background in computer architectures
- Knowledgeable on software development with C/C++/assembly language
- Familiar with TRACE32 or GNU tools, debug probes, Linux kernel and at least one RTOS
- Experience with development environments such as Linux, Git, Jira and Confluence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver customer training
- Self-starter, fast learner, strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Support customers using SiFive IPs and resolve software issues with running simulations, using toolchains, and bringing up firmware/OS
- Responsible for all levels of support and escalation for customer issues, including on-site customer support
- Collaborate with the engineering, marketing, and sales teams to demonstrate SiFive products and values to customers, resolve technical issues, and represent customer needs internally
- Deliver customer trainings
- Improve documentation, write application notes and knowledge-based articles
