Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications is the pillar that focuses on end-to-end management enterprise level Clinical Applications within Providence including but not limited to production and technical support to end users, custom tool development, upgrade and implementation projects, application portfolio and lifecycle management, reporting etc.

What will you be responsible for?

The RPA developer is responsible for keeping enterprise-wide applications work efficiently and align with the architecture and business models to achieve optimal solutions for Providence and its customers.

The Engineer is also responsible for troubleshooting, implementing, and maintaining documentation; developing and maintaining communication standards and guidelines; capacity planning, conducting quality audits, planning and implement automation, thus replacing manual work.

What would your week look like?

• ITIL V3 Certified
• Experience in Healthcare domain and hands-on experience of managing and troubleshooting large enterprise level clinical or revenue cycle applications is a must have.
• Hands on system engineering & infrastructure management experience is required.
• Good understanding of Windows platform overall and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic experience (and certification) in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Hands on experience in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
• Ability to build reports using Power BI, ServiceNow or any other reporting tool.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal.

Who are we looking for?

Readiness towards work at odd hours/ on-call and weekends as and when needed.

• Work closely with the team to improvise the quality checks and change audit procedure.
• Work on improvising the existing reporting mechanisms and focus on areas for automation.
• Work closely with SMEs to understand the Application Architecture and workflow (Upstream and Downstream).
• Collaborate with SME to be part of regular maintenance / Server patching activities during their Off hours.
• Should be flexible working in shifts.
• Experience in Automating daily tasks utilizing any of the scripting languages like Python, PowerShell or tools like Selenium would be a plus.
• Should have hands on experience on RPA tools.
• Understands and translates the business needs into system configuration and workflow validations.
• Builds and participates in test plan development.  Acts as a resource during testing and upgrades; coordinates with appropriate individuals.
• Ability to define and meet individual goals consistent with organizational mission, quality, budget, customers, and financial results.
• Perform rotational on-call responsibilities.
