Job Description

Qualification and Skills

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front-end engineering, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.
  • Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms.
  • Experience with UX/UI concepts, architecture design and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D
  • Prior experience extending low-code platforms with custom coded componentry preferred.
  • 3 years of experience building web and mobile applications (using Angular, .NET, and other technologies)
  • Experience in web applications performance troubleshooting
  • Experience with OutSystems Integration, Component/Add-on s Development or similar
  • Someone with a proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code using OutSystems, Javascript, .NET, APIs and/or similar scripting languages
  • Demonstrated experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java/C++, NodeJS, C#/.NET, Angular) and design patterns
  • Hands-on experience in building a microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale.
  • Proven ability to understand the business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work on innovative, actionable, and efficient technology solutions to drive front-end channels (digital banking mobile app and website) in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to filter customer needs into use-cases and high-level requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  • Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development.
  • Ensure that products are delivered according to plan, under budget and deployed successfully.
  • Help integrate new technologies into the Digital Ecosystem.
  • Provide direction and guidance on solution designs and architecture to ensure appropriate fit within enterprise standards.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to the web production team.
  • Ensure that the development team follows standard SDLC, and PLC procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on planning and scheduling of product releases.
  • Work with manager and peers to proactively suggest areas of improvements and enhancements.
  • Work with industry partners in integrating our systems with other applications or systems.
  • You will propose the most optimum technical solutions in order to drive industry “best in class” KPI results.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
