Qualification and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a testing role
• Previous experience with Appian, Mendix, RPA technologies or other coding skills, CI/CD tools and database skills is highly valued
• You have a good understanding of exploratory testing, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• You are driven by delivering customer satisfaction and helping your team accelerate the delivery of world-class quality products
• You are a team player with an ability to think logically, be decisive, and prioritize workloads to deliver urgent/time critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan the system testing for each fortnightly release
• Be responsible for coaching engineers to improve their testing
• Work closely with clients to clarify requirements and assist with UAT
• Work closely with the Delivery team in the design phase to ensure high quality from the start
• Find important bugs by exploratory testing and critical thinking
