Job Description

Qualification and Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a testing role
Previous experience with Appian, Mendix, RPA technologies or other coding skills, CI/CD tools and database skills is highly valued
You have a good understanding of exploratory testing, problem solving and critical thinking skills
You are driven by delivering customer satisfaction and helping your team accelerate the delivery of world-class quality products
You are a team player with an ability to think logically, be decisive, and prioritize workloads to deliver urgent/time critical tasks.

Plan the system testing for each fortnightly release
Be responsible for coaching engineers to improve their testing
Work closely with clients to clarify requirements and assist with UAT
Work closely with the Delivery team in the design phase to ensure high quality from the start
Find important bugs by exploratory testing and critical thinking
