Job Description

Qualification and Skills

• IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ testing experience, with at least 1.5 years in Selenium with Java or C# Or Javascript

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience within a software test environment.
• Exposure to commercial development of software and end to end IT applications testing.
• Moderate SQL scripting experience.
• Knowledge of test strategies (manual and automation).
• Ability to translate test scripts into automated tests.
• Ability to work within an agile team collaborating with product owners/business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate into appropriate automation solutions.
• Proficient in the use of source control and test management software (Microsoft Visual Studio preferred)
• .Excellent oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to conceptualise, write and deploy written processes and procedures in a collaborative environment.
• High level of analytic problem solving skills.
• Well organised and detailed oriented, ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• A proactive approach to keeping abreast of test practices and industry developments
