Description And Requirements

Driving 100% audit & completion of said sample size audits
Ensuring Root Cause analysis are done timely and action plans are implemented
Timely reporting
Lead action plans based on the gaps identified
Driving QA efficiency /performance management
Support/lead change management; process, control & technology
Driving checklist/reporting standardization
QA training need identification
Adherence to QA framework & SOX compliance
Provides formal and informal performance feedback to team members
Ensure timely performance discussions are closed for QA resources
Maintain the updated & consolidated defect log for all the processes 13) Responsible for creating tailormade QA framework in partnership with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders
Partners with various stakeholders to deploy QA framework in new business areas
Fosters learning and development within the team
