Job Description:

Core Skills

• Should be familiar with TestNG framework, Cypress, Cucumber/BDD, JMeter
• Exposure to C#, .Net and UI development
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Proficiency in web and mobile((Android/iOS) applications testing/automation
• Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions)
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Defining quality standards and metrics for the project. Working with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, agreed upon and closed
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Test planning for Sprint, E2E, Alpha and UAT
• Tracking and reporting on various testing phases
• Performance and NFR test strategy definition
