Python Automation Test Engineer

• Resource with Python experience to help convert the legacy platform into a set of more containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes clusters. Ideal candidates will be able to take an active role in reviewing/accepting requirements, building new data collection, manipulation, and storage functionality and/or features that use this data to make the hybrid cloud manageable from a single pane of glass.

Skills Required

• Should have 5+ Years of Experience in Python Automation Testing.
• Understanding of testing python packages and modules.
• Familiar with python pip, repositories, venvs.
• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans.
• Expert of integration testing, and interface-based testing.
• Expertise with Automation testing frameworks (BDD, selenium, etc).
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating system, navigating shell.
• Familiarity with microservice environments.
• Understanding of docker, containers and basic deployment

• The resource will be involved to make the transformation from a successful legacy product to a set of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, providing scalable, flexible services.
