What You Will Do

• Development of ATE test programs and hardware.
• Responsible for the quality of the test h/w and s/w.
• Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing at production.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining high production yield.
• Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
• Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
• Responsible to provide NPR input (test costs & NRE).

What You Will Need

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics
• Product development and production deployment experience with ETS88, ETS364, J750, V93K. Knowledge of other test platforms a plus.
• Work experience in multiple geographies a plus
• Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
• Have customer orientation and quality mindset
• Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approach
• Good verbal and written communication skills
