What You Will Do

Development of ATE test programs and hardware.
Responsible for the quality of the test h/w and s/w.
Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing at production.
Responsible for achieving and maintaining high production yield.
Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
Responsible to provide NPR input (test costs & NRE).

What You Will Need

Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics
Product development and production deployment experience with ETS88, ETS364, J750, V93K. Knowledge of other test platforms a plus.
Work experience in multiple geographies a plus
Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
Have customer orientation and quality mindset
Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approach
Good verbal and written communication skills
