Job Description

  • Develop an understanding of how our data is structured and presented as well as what insights can be derived from it
  • Learn key Front End development and design best practices and implement them as part of your work
  • Work with internal technical and technology teams to implement and test definined improvements to our products
  • Deliver any regular analytics and reports we provide for our clients
  • Investigate and suggest fixes for reported bugs in our products
  • Display data in such a way that users can identify trends, stories and actionable insights

Software Testing Jobs

Qualification and Skills

  • Proven ability to define and deliver analytics solutions and reports that have a business impact
  • Understanding and experience of how to structure data to allow business users to draw out insights
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately, resulting in business outcomes or change
  • Any experience with using SQL database tools to extract data
  • Experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of ETL processes and how they are used in the context of analytics and dashboarding
  • Proven knowledge of standard analytics methods, practices and logic (e.g. lookups and pivot tables)
  • Experience with Qlik or other data visualisation and dashboarding tools
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working and communicating with non-technical business users
  • Ability to maintain discretion and deal appropriately with confidential information
  • Energetic, cheerful, personable and willing to learn
  • Understanding of how to turn requirements into valuable and usable deliverables
  • Any experience utilising UI/UX principles in dashboard development
  • Any experience working with analytics products
  • Awareness of the potential impact analytics can have within a business
