Position Overview:

Prodapt is seeking talented and experienced UiPath RPA Developers to join our team in either Chennai or Bangalore. As a UiPath RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions using UiPath technology. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify automation opportunities, and create RPA workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath RPA solutions to automate business processes.
Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze and understand business processes, identifying areas for automation.
Bot Development: Create and configure software robots (bots) using UiPath Studio to perform tasks such as data entry, data extraction, and process automation.
Workflow Design: Develop and maintain automation workflows, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with other software systems and databases as required.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
Documentation: Create documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, user guides, and process documentation.
Monitoring and Support: Monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots, provide support for issues, and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, and industry trends.
Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Experience with process analysis and the ability to identify automation opportunities.
Solid understanding of workflow automation and process mapping.
Knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with other applications and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
