Position: Manual Automation Tester
Location: Mohali, Punjab

TechStriker is currently offering an exciting job opportunity for a Manual Automation Tester to join our team. As a Manual Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. We are looking for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in manual automation testing, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and proficiency in manual testing techniques. Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify and report defects, ensuring that they are thoroughly tested before release.
• Understand and analyze project requirements to develop comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Execute manual test cases, record test results, and track defects using a defect management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure that software meets quality standards and business requirements.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in test case reviews, bug triage meetings, and other QA activities.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed feedback for bug resolution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in testing techniques and tools.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Manual Automation Tester in an IT company.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and defect management.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
TechStriker offers a competitive salary range of INR 12,000-15,000 per month (in-hand) based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
