Position: Test Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad

Notice Period: Maximum 60 days

About the Company: Top Notch Company is a renowned organization known for its excellence and innovation in the industry. We are currently seeking skilled Test Engineers to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in testing and a strong understanding of manual and automation testing techniques.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Testing domain.
  • Experience in any type of testing will be considered.
  • Proficiency in manual testing and test engineering.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and methodologies.
  • Exposure to Testing Lifecycle and its processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure their functionality and usability.
  2. Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to understand software functionality and requirements.
  4. Execute automation testing using relevant tools and frameworks.
  5. Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in software quality.
  6. Participate in test planning and test strategy discussions.
  7. Ensure adherence to Testing Lifecycle processes and methodologies.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and provide testing insights.
  9. Communicate test results and issues to stakeholders effectively.
  10. Continuously update knowledge and skills in testing techniques and tools.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in the Testing domain.
  2. Proficiency in manual testing and test engineering.
  3. Experience in any type of testing will be considered.
  4. Knowledge of automation testing tools and methodologies.
  5. Exposure to Testing Lifecycle and its processes.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or MBA.
