Position: Testing Manager
Location: Pune, Hyderabad
Clairvoyant is a leading technology company, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Testing Manager with expertise in Automation Testing and Manual Testing. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the testing team and coordinating with clients for project deliveries and updates. Responsibilities:
- Manage the testing team and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the testing team.
- Develop and implement testing strategies and processes.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of testing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in testing methodologies.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth.
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions for the team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong experience in both Automation Testing and Manual Testing.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing.
- Knowledge of Rest API testing using tools like Rest Assured and Postman.
- Strong SQL skills for database testing.
- Familiarity with the TestNG framework for test management and reporting.
- Experience with the Cucumber framework for behavior-driven development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in managing client relationships.
- Flexibility to work in the second shift and provide coverage until 11.30 PM IST.
