- Perform manual testing of software applications to identify and report defects, ensuring their proper resolution before release.
- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to validate software functionalities and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall quality of the software.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automation testing frameworks and scripts for enhancing test efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
- Identify and document test results, defects, and issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues, providing detailed information for proper resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize testing efforts and enhance the quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of [X years] in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing processes.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as [list some common tools, e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.] is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for quality and a drive to deliver high-quality software products to clients.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
