Key Responsibilities:

Automation Testing (Selenium): Execute automated tests using Selenium to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
Test Case Writing: Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements, user stories, and design documents.
Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure that testing efforts align with client expectations.
Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing on various software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
Cucumber Framework: Utilize the Cucumber framework to support behavior-driven development (BDD) testing practices.
JavaScript: Familiarity with JavaScript for enhancing testing capabilities and working effectively with web applications.
API Testing: Perform API testing to validate the functionality and reliability of APIs.
Security Testing: Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the safety of software products.
Bug Tracking: Document and track defects, issues, and discrepancies against project delivery timelines.
Product Knowledge (Preferable): If you have knowledge of specific products relevant to the position, it is preferable and can be a valuable asset.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in automation testing using Selenium.
Strong test case writing and scenario capturing skills.
Ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
Experience with the Cucumber testing framework.
Familiarity with JavaScript for web testing.
Competence in API testing and security testing.
Bug tracking and reporting skills.
Manual testing experience.
Product knowledge (if applicable) is a plus.
