Job Summary: As a Technical Delivery Manager at Rang Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful development and delivery of multiple projects. You will lead and manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants, and ensure projects are executed on time, on schedule, and with high quality. - Lead the development and delivery of multiple projects in parallel, ensuring their successful execution from conception to production.
- Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to design and architect application solutions that align with business requirements.
- Drive project estimation, planning, and agile development methodologies to achieve efficient and effective delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of software development concepts, principles, practices, and procedures, including the complete SDLC process.
- Provide hands-on application development expertise, with a preference for .NET and React technology stacks.
- Manage large and complex fixed-bid projects, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Take full ownership of projects/products, ensuring their successful delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Lead and manage teams of 40+ engineers across development, testing, business analysis, UI/UX, and release management.
- Ensure the technical competencies and performance of team members are optimized.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality software development.
- Engage with clients and vendors, effectively managing relationships to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in low code, process automation, or BPM platforms.
- Strong experience in project estimation, planning, agile development, and delivery.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns, SOA, event-driven architecture, and REST services.
- Experience in managing large and complex fixed-bid projects, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Hands-on application development experience, preferably with .NET and React technology stacks.
- Strong people management skills, with experience in leading software development teams of 40+ people.
- Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
