Position: TDM (Test Data Management) Testers

Location: Kolkata

Job Description: Capgemini is currently seeking skilled and experienced TDM (Test Data Management) Testers to join our team. As a TDM Tester, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the availability of test data required for functional, automation, and performance testing. You will collaborate with the bank’s operations team to collect and organize test data for various testing scenarios. If you have expertise in test management, knowledge of TDM techniques and tools, and familiarity with JIRA/Zephyr, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Test Manager or Test Lead, leading and managing the test management activities (3-5 years of experience).
• Function independently and provide consulting and recommendations on test strategy and planning.
• Anticipate the test data requirements for functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with the bank’s operations team to gather and organize test data for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), automation, and performance scenarios.
• Utilize TDM techniques and tools to manage and maintain test data.
• Ensure the availability, accuracy, and quality of test data for various testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve test data-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test data management processes and methodologies.
• Keep updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Test Data Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Test Data Management.
• Strong expertise in test management and test lead roles.
• Ability to work independently and provide valuable consulting on test strategy and planning.
• Proven experience in anticipating test data requirements for different types of testing.
• Familiarity with TDM techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Zephyr for test management and defect tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
