Position: Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Company Overview: IOANYT is a leading technology company specializing in software development and solutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As a Sr. QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, implementing automation frameworks, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to drive quality assurance. This is an onsite job located in Noida, with both virtual and walk-in interview processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed software test plans and test cases.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium.
  • Perform load testing and analysis using JMeter.
  • Analyze and document software defects, track them using JIRA, and work with the development team to address them.
  • Monitor software performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement automated testing tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update existing test plans, test cases, and metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Manage and prioritize testing tasks based on project deadlines and requirements.
  • Train and mentor other engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, including Postman, Selenium, JIRA, JMeter, SQL, API testing, and manual testing.
  • Experience in developing automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium.
  • Proficiency in load testing using JMeter.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of automation concepts and tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
