Position: Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: WFH/Remote
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing project execution milestone checks to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Conducting adherence and quality audits to identify deviations from established processes and quality standards.
- Acting as a point of contact and linking pin between various stakeholders including MDG/projects, FQB, Service, CCs, and technology teams.
- Reporting and dashboarding various process and quality KPIs to provide visibility into project performance.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Training and supporting the MDG team using project portals, KPIs, Omnitracker, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborating with business improvement managers to align with corporate process maps and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the Vanderlande QA community to ensure alignment on the use of corporate data and quality systems.
- Implementing QA QC processes to ensure consistent quality throughout the product development life cycle.
- Conducting quality audits for all projects to assess compliance with standards and requirements.
- Monitoring and maintaining repositories to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Planning and implementing quality improvement initiatives based on identified areas of enhancement.
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience performing quality reviews and internal audits, evaluating data, and writing reports to validate adherence to standards.
- Proven experience in creating and executing system-level test plans, test cases, and test reports for large and complex projects.
- Exposure to developing complex test automation scripts and/or automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman and Jira.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine quality and reliability objectives.
- Ability to recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality.
- Development experience including design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of test automation using Python, Java, or similar languages.
