- Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Automation Testing: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or other automation tools.
- Test Planning: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality.
- Defect Reporting: Document and report defects, track them through resolution, and verify fixes.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new software releases do not introduce previously resolved issues.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing and analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Test Automation Framework: Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing, with a minimum of 1-2 years in software testing roles.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing using Selenium.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
