Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior QA at Delphi, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of testing activities, from manual to automation, performance to usability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of high-quality software products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize your 4-8 years of experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the delivery of flawless software products.
  • Expertise in using testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools to conduct comprehensive testing.
  • Preferably hold an ISTQB certification, showcasing your commitment to quality assurance best practices.
  • Conduct application performance testing to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility.
  • Evaluate test results for user impact, errors, bugs, and usability issues.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Execute testing at different levels – Integration, System, and Regression – to identify and rectify defects.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Detect, track, and document software defects and inconsistencies to facilitate efficient resolution.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on software testing activities, outcomes, and insights, reporting to the design team.
  • Interact with clients and the product development team to gain a deep understanding of product requirements.
  • Participate actively in design reviews, providing valuable input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges.
  • Apply quality engineering principles consistently throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
  • Offer thorough support and documentation to enhance the overall quality of the software.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
  • ISTQB certification preferred, highlighting your commitment to industry-recognized testing standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in application performance testing to ensure optimal software functionality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validation.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and various departments.
  • Ability to execute testing at different levels – Integration, System, and Regression – to identify and resolve defects.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open-source tools.
  • Skill in detecting, tracking, documenting, and communicating software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Effective communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports and interacting with clients and product development teams.
  • Commitment to applying quality engineering principles consistently throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
  • Remote work capability with excellent organizational and time management skills.
