As a Salesforce Testing Specialist at MoxieIT Digital PVT LTD, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing. You will review requirements, design test processes, execute test cases, and track defects to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Testing Experience:
- Possess 5 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce Testing, covering various aspects of testing, from manual to automation (if applicable).
- Familiarity with testing best practices and a drive to follow and implement them.
- Salesforce Security Review:
- Have an understanding of managed and unmanaged packaging from the Salesforce security review perspective.
- Ensure that Salesforce applications meet security and compliance requirements.
- Requirement Review and Feedback:
- Review requirements specifications and provide timely and meaningful feedback to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Test Process Improvement:
- Help define, improve, and implement test processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in root cause analysis, correction, and prevention of defects.
- Agile/SCRUM Methodologies:
- Work within an Agile/SCRUM development environment and adapt testing processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies to align testing efforts.
- Test Case Creation:
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases to validate Salesforce functionality.
- Conduct role-based testing to ensure compatibility with organizational profile policies.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility Testing:
- Perform cross-browser compatibility testing to ensure smooth performance across different browsers.
- Defect Identification and Tracking:
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using established defect tracking systems.
- Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Test Documentation:
- Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports to measure testing progress.
- Organize and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria.
Must-Have Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform AppBuilder
- One of Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant/Service Cloud Consultant
- Certifications (Salesforce, ISTQB)
