Position: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software, websites, and other digital solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Design test scenarios, develop test strategies, and execute test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Report and track issues discovered through manual testing, collaborating with the development team on bug fix verification and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to review functional specifications and create release plans.
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues encountered during testing.
  • Contribute to the release planning process by providing insights and recommendations on testing requirements and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal form, to document test results, provide status updates, and collaborate with team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Possess a good understanding of security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning tools (experience in these areas is a plus).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of automation testing concepts and tools, which would be advantageous.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in test design, test strategy, and test execution within a software development environment (2-5 years).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and tracking issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring issue closure.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning tools will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of automation testing concepts and tools would be advantageous.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
