Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst at gai Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the entire software development cycle. You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customer interactions, starting from understanding requirements, scoping, conducting project demos, and ensuring successful project management. The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by conducting various testing activities, collaborating with both developers and clients, and following established QA processes and methodologies. We welcome experienced professionals with a passion for quality assurance and a strong track record in manual testing, functional testing, API testing, web application testing, and UI testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to understand project requirements and scope the testing efforts.
  • Conduct manual testing to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure the application meets specified requirements.
  • Conduct API testing and DB testing to validate data integrity and seamless communication between different components.
  • Execute web application testing and UI testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test documentation to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Act as the SPOC for all customer interactions, understanding their needs, and conducting project demos as required.
  • Implement and maintain QA processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is desirable.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and software testing.
  • Proficiency in manual testing and functional testing methodologies.
  • Experience in API testing and database testing.
  • Strong understanding of web application testing and UI testing principles.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with both developers and clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Immediate availability to join, or up to 15 days maximum.
