Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Noida

TechMave Software is a dynamic and rapidly growing software development company based in H-169, Sector 63, Noida. We are currently hiring for multiple positions, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek. If you have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in manual testing of mobile apps and websites, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of mobile applications and websites to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, record, and track software defects and issues using appropriate bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to analyze and reproduce reported defects.
• Conduct regression testing to validate bug fixes and software updates.
• Conduct functional and usability testing to ensure the software meets user requirements and expectations.
• Participate in the review of software requirements and design documents to provide feedback and identify potential testing gaps.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and other testing-related artifacts.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide regular updates on testing progress and issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of software testing.

Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications and websites.
• Strong knowledge and experience in testing methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web technologies.
• Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ISTQB or any other relevant certification is a plus.
