Responsibilities:

Quality Testing: Execute various testing techniques, including manual, exploratory, regression, and automated testing, to identify defects and ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of software products.
Defect Identification and Reporting: Thoroughly analyze software applications to identify and document defects. Provide clear and detailed bug reports to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
Testing Methodologies: Apply your solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and processes to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Ensure that testing is aligned with industry best practices.
Testing Tools and Frameworks: Utilize testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar technologies to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects and provide valuable insights for improvement.
Attention to Detail: Exhibit a keen attention to detail while conducting testing, documenting defects, and ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards.
Communication: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, providing clear and concise information about testing progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality assurance efforts.
Basic Programming Knowledge: Leverage your basic programming knowledge to better understand the technical aspects of software development and collaborate effectively with developers.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Tester or Software QA Engineer, preferably in a software development environment.
Testing Expertise: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and processes. Familiarity with various testing techniques, including manual, exploratory, regression, and automated testing.
Testing Tools: Experience with testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar technologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Basic Programming: Basic programming knowledge is a plus, enabling better collaboration with development teams.
