Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual Testing Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of manual testing techniques, including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing, to meticulously assess the performance of our web and mobile applications.
  • Web and Mobile Applications Testing: Leverage your experience to conduct thorough testing on both web and mobile applications, ensuring their functionality, compatibility, and performance align with our quality standards.
  • Bug Tracking: Employ your proficiency with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Mantis, Asana, Pivotal, and Trello to document and manage identified issues, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Automation Testing: Showcase your expertise in developing and executing maintainable automation tests for acceptance, Smoke and sanity, functional, and regression test cases, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes.
  • Testing Methodologies: Apply your diverse experience in different testing types, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Cross-Browser, Smoke, and Sanity testing, to comprehensively evaluate our software’s capabilities.
  • Continuous Integration: Utilize your familiarity with Continuous Integration technologies such as Jenkins and BitBucket Pipeline to integrate testing processes seamlessly within our development workflow.
  • SDLC and Agile Methodology: Leverage your strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to align testing activities with our agile development methodology, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Test Case Management: Take charge of writing, executing, and managing test cases, while also logging defects, tracking their progress, and prioritizing them based on their impact and severity.
  • Project Life Cycle and Releases: Manage various phases of project life cycles and releases, contributing your experience to prepare comprehensive Release Notes and Usage Notes for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
  • Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing.
  • Strong experience in testing both web and mobile applications to ensure their functionality and compatibility.
  • Proven expertise in bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Mantis, Asana, Pivotal, and Trello.
  • Skilled in developing and executing automation tests for acceptance, Smoke and sanity, functional, and regression test cases.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of different testing types, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Cross-Browser, Smoke, and Sanity testing.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration technologies like Jenkins and BitBucket Pipeline.
  • Well-versed in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including Agile methodology.
  • Strong ability to write test cases, execute them, log defects, track their progress, and prioritize based on impact and severity.
  • Experience in project life cycle management and preparing Release Notes and Usage Notes.
