Position: QA Tester

IntelliBlock Technologies is actively seeking experienced and dedicated QA Testers to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems by executing test scripts, identifying technical issues, and collaborating with the development team. If you have a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications to understand project requirements.
- Execute test scripts and perform thorough testing to identify software defects and ensure proper functionality.
- Document and report technical issues, bugs, and errors to the development team using established protocols.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of the QA methodology, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and integrity of software products throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback regarding software quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management principles and QA methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
