Position: QA Tester
Location: Surat, Gujarat
CrawlApps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for assessing software quality through manual testing. Your primary role will involve finding and reporting bugs and glitches to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify bugs and glitches.
- Execute test cases and scenarios to ensure the software meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and document errors and issues.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure software stability.
- Communicate and report bugs and errors to the development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Document and track errors and issues using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze and reproduce reported issues.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of regression testing.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements in QA methodologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
CrawlApps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers a competitive salary package up to 25 CTC based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
