Position: QA Test Engineer

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Locations: Gurugram / Mumbai

Job Description:

Antino is still actively hiring and looking for a skilled QA Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. Additionally, experience in mobile testing for Android and iOS (both manual and automation), knowledge of Rest Assured API testing (both manual and automation), and database testing with SQL queries is required. Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, Trello, and Bugzilla is also expected. The candidate should have knowledge of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and traceability metrics. Basic knowledge of performance testing and CI/CD tools is preferred. The candidate should also possess an understanding of the Agile/Scrum testing life cycle and have team handling and task delegation skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Perform automation testing using tools like Selenium and Appium.
  2. Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
  3. Perform mobile testing for Android and iOS platforms, both manually and through automation.
  4. Conduct Rest Assured API testing, both manually and through automation.
  5. Perform database testing using SQL queries to validate data integrity.
  6. Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Bugzilla for efficient test management and defect tracking.
  7. Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and traceability metrics.
  8. Participate in the performance testing of applications to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  9. Familiarity with CI/CD tools to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  11. Understand and follow the Agile/Scrum testing life cycle.
  12. Provide guidance and assistance to team members, as well as delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience as a QA Test Engineer.
  2. Proficiency in automation testing using tools such as Selenium and Appium.
  3. Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  4. Experience in mobile testing for Android and iOS platforms, both manual and automation.
  5. Familiarity with Rest Assured API testing, both manual and automation.
  6. Strong database testing skills with the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
