Position: QA Production Testing

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform thorough analysis of test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including defect reports and test metrics.
• Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution, working closely with development teams.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA testing and implement best practices within the team.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java, Jmeter/Blaze meter, and Appium for Mobile Automation (iOS and Android).
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper test environment setup and test data availability.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the QA team, providing technical expertise and guidance when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in QA production testing or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium with Java, including experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Proficiency in Jmeter/Blaze meter for performance testing and load testing.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience in writing and executing database queries to validate data integrity.
• Experience in Appium for Mobile Automation, including testing on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
