Position: QA Manual Testing Tester

BinaryMetrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading software development and technology consulting company based in Sector-62, Noida. We are currently seeking experienced QA Manual Testing Tester resources to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office. Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing on software applications and systems to identify and report any defects or bugs.
- Collaborate with the development team to rectify identified issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Create and execute test cases and test plans to verify the functionality and quality of software products.
- Perform thorough bug reporting and defect tracking to ensure accurate documentation and efficient resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to validate software updates and enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on usability and performance.
- Participate in test case reviews to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all testing activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and discuss test results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of software testing.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in manual testing.
- Proficiency in finding bugs and accurately reporting them.
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking and management tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the development team to rectify identified issues.
- Excellent attention to detail to identify and rectify software defects.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and databases.
- ISTQB or any other relevant certification is a plus.
