Job Description: As a QA Manual Tester at QuickSun Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct manual testing, write and execute test cases, and identify and document defects. Additionally, your ability to work with SQL queries will be essential for database validation.

- Manual Testing: Perform end-to-end manual testing of software applications to verify their functionality, usability, and performance.
- Test Case Development: Create detailed and comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- SQL Queries: Utilize SQL queries to validate data integrity and conduct database testing.
- Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to ensure their resolution.
- Regression Testing: Execute regression tests to confirm that software updates do not introduce new issues.
- API Testing (Secondary Skill): If applicable, contribute to API testing efforts to validate the functionality of application programming interfaces.
- Automation (Secondary Skill): Familiarity with automation testing is an added advantage and may be leveraged in certain projects.
- Test Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports and communicate test results to project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases.
- Strong command of SQL queries for database validation.
- Basic understanding of API testing (secondary skill).
- Familiarity with automation testing (added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to project-specific requirements.
