Roles and Responsibilities:

As a QA Manual at InnovationM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. Your expertise in manual testing, including web, mobile, and database testing, will be essential in delivering top-notch solutions. Here are your key responsibilities:

Functional Testing: Conduct functional testing to verify that the software applications meet specified requirements and perform as expected.
UX/UI Testing: Assess the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of applications to ensure they are user-friendly and visually appealing.
Integration Testing: Execute integration testing to verify that different components of the applications work seamlessly together.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing features.
Testing for Mobile Applications: Test mobile applications on various platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and PhoneGap.
Web Application Testing: Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues.
Database Testing: Verify the functionality and reliability of database applications by executing test cases.
Client Collaboration: Participate in client discussions on functional and other requirements. Support the development team in resolving queries related to testing.
Release Management: Manage internal and external releases of software applications. Release builds to the client and coordinate with the client for application feedback.
Test Result Reporting: Capture and report test results, including defects and testing progress.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in manual testing.
Manual Testing: Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Web Testing: Experience in testing web applications.
Mobile Testing: Knowledge of mobile testing on various platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and PhoneGap.
Database Testing: Proficiency in database testing, including SQL queries.
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and the development team.

Work From Office:

This position is based in Noida, and it requires work from the office.
