Job Description:
As a QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer at TetriQ Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications. You will work remotely, leveraging your expertise in both manual and automation testing, with a focus on Python and Selenium. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and user experience of the software products we deliver.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, software specifications, and testing needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Utilize your expertise in Python programming and Selenium to create effective automation scripts.
- Identify and document defects using established bug tracking systems.
- Perform regression testing to validate the effectiveness of bug fixes and enhancements.
- Execute exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and improve overall product quality.
- Contribute to test planning, strategy, and execution in line with project requirements.
- Communicate test progress, results, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate proactively with the team to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong understanding of manual and automation testing principles.
- Proficiency in Python programming for automation testing purposes.
- Experience with Selenium for creating and executing automation scripts.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and documenting defects.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Experience with regression testing and exploratory testing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing tasks.
- Agile mindset and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
