Role and Responsibilities:

As a QA (Manual) at Invimatic Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting manual testing to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
  • Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project objectives and ensure effective testing.
  • Identifying and documenting defects and issues in a clear and concise manner, following established processes and tools.
  • Performing regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
  • Participating in requirement analysis and contributing to the creation of test scenarios and test data.
  • Executing test cases and analyzing test results to identify deviations from expected behavior.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and isolating issues by providing detailed bug reports with relevant information.
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to manual testing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, and test case development.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document defects effectively.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
