About the Job: We are actively hiring for the position of QA Manager for one of our reputed clients based in Navi Mumbai. As a QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of IT products and services. If you have extensive experience in quality engineering, working with core banking systems, and leading large-scale enterprise-level application testing, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 12 to 17 years of experience in IT product and services stream to lead and manage the QA function.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) phases, with proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Apply your proven experience in Core Banking Systems to drive quality engineering practices within the organization.
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise-level application testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Take ownership of test planning and estimations, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely execution of test activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure effective coordination with IT infrastructure and DevOps teams to address testing impacts and ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in quality engineering and testing.
Requirements:
- 12 to 17 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on product and services.
- Strong and proven hands-on experience in all STLC phases, including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Extensive experience in working with Core Banking Systems, with a deep understanding of quality engineering practices in this domain.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale enterprise-level application testing as a QA Manager or Lead.
- Proficiency in test planning, estimations, and resource management.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure and DevOps services and their impact on testing.
- Experience in handling User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful UAT execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
