Position: QA Lead (Functional Testing Lead)
Location: Anywhere in India
Mode: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional testing efforts for Oracle SCM projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and define testing strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle SCM applications.
- Perform functional testing of supply chain management processes, including order management, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, issues, and risks, providing detailed information for efficient resolutions.
- Lead defect triage meetings and work closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective bug fixes.
- Provide guidance and support to the testing team, mentoring junior members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive test automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for test automation and implementing suitable frameworks and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in functional testing and supply chain management.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience in functional testing, with a focus on Oracle SCM testing.
- Strong experience in leading functional testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management processes and concepts, with hands-on experience in testing Oracle SCM applications.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading defect triage meetings and collaborating with development teams for issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
