Position: QA Lead

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Lead to join our team at HiringNow. As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with a strong focus on manual testing and leadership exposure. Secondary expertise in automation testing is also desired.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and support in all testing activities.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and methodologies.
- Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Perform test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing activities align with project requirements.
- Provide leadership exposure by mentoring and guiding team members.
- Ensure adherence to established testing processes, standards, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and manage timelines.
- Collaborate with automation testers to develop and execute automated test scripts.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies in manual and automation testing.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and ensure timely bug resolution.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the QA team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA testing.
- Strong expertise in manual testing and leadership exposure.
- Proficient in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work from office mode in Pune.
