Job Summary: As a QA Engineer at Zingo Tech Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions in the Banking domain. You will collaborate closely with Engineering Leaders to develop comprehensive testing strategies that encompass functional and non-functional requirements. Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, identifying and reducing bugs, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the testing cycles.

- Collaborate with Engineering Leaders to develop a comprehensive testing strategy tailored to the Banking domain.
- Understand Quality of Service parameters, including Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
- Create and utilize templates to establish traceability between Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Code Artifacts, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Present Quality Metrics across projects and programs, proposing strategies for bug identification and reduction.
- Take ownership of end-to-end testing across various testing cycles, including Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Stress Testing.
- Establish quality and reliability standards by closely collaborating with Business, Product, and Engineering Leaders.
- Manage metadata for all Test Scripts and Test Results for each project.
- Execute test plans, identify, isolate, and track bugs and potential software issues.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures of the Banking domain.
- Drive Automation of Test Cases and integrate them into the DevOps/CICD pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience performing QA for web-based/service-oriented applications, preferably in the Banking and Financial Services Domain.
- Proficiency in creating and executing testing strategies that cover a broad range of Quality Assurance parameters.
- In-depth understanding of Banking Applications functionalities such as Core Banking, Loan Management, Payments, Customers, GL, Treasury, Risk Management, Compliance, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Banking Laws and Practices.
- Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Modern Technology Stacks.
- Familiarity with Banking Data and their interrelationships between various enterprise systems.
- Ability to prioritize functionalities and bugs for swift rollouts.
