Position: QA Engineer with Salesforce
Location: Noida (Permanent Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications and systems, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and define testing strategies.
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, specifically focused on Real Estate domain products.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, record test results, and document any defects or issues.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis of defects and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to understand and test Salesforce-specific functionalities and integrations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing, Real Estate domain, and Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Recent experience of at least 1 year in testing products in the Real Estate domain.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, including knowledge of Salesforce-specific functionalities and integrations.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
