Position: QA Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Thorough Testing: Perform end-to-end testing, acceptance testing, and system testing to identify and report bugs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
2. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Utilize your expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
3. Manual & Automation Testing: Demonstrate proficiency in manual testing, bug tracking systems, and have exposure to automation testing, leveraging automation tools and frameworks when appropriate.
4. Quality Control Management: Manage the quality control process, including test case preparation, execution, bug reporting, and the creation of various reports such as bug status, bug summary reports, and test execution reports.
5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring smooth product development and deployment.
6. Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings, collaborate with team members, and report testing results to stakeholders.
7. Stay Updated with Technology: Stay abreast of the latest developments in technology and testing methodologies to contribute to the creation of cutting-edge and innovative products.
8. Passion for Excellence: Demonstrate a passion for excellence, embracing new trends and technologies in the field, and striving to continuously improve the quality of our products.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in testing web and mobile applications, including API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and Java.
• Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking systems, and exposure to automation testing.
• Experience in end-to-end testing, acceptance testing, and system testing.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, including test case preparation, execution, bug reporting, and report creation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation.
