Job Description: As a QA Engineer at SNVA Ventures, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for manual testing activities across various projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues. - Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases to verify the functionality and quality of software applications.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with project teams to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Bug Identification: Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with developers to ensure their resolution.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to verify that software changes and updates do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Test Reporting: Prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate test results to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements within the QA team and advocate for best practices in testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software testing tools and bug tracking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of automated testing is a plus but not required.
