Key Responsibilities:

As a QA Engineer at Qubited, your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  1. Manual Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues in our software products.
  2. Mobile Testing: Ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our mobile applications on various platforms and devices.
  3. Agile Methodology: Work in accordance with Agile principles and practices, participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement.
  4. Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts that thoroughly assess software features and functionalities.
  5. Defect Identification: Identify and document defects, issues, and deviations from established quality standards, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
  6. Regression Testing: Execute regression testing to verify that changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing features.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer.
  2. Manual Testing: Proven experience in manual testing, including the ability to design and execute test cases effectively.
  3. Mobile Testing: Familiarity with mobile testing practices, including testing on various platforms and devices.
  4. Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams.
  5. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate testing.
  6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report defects and testing results.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
