Position: QA Engineer/Front-End Developer/Back-End Developer/Analyst

Job Description: As a member of the Persistent Systems team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. Whether you specialize in QA engineering, front-end development, back-end development, or analysis, your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. With a focus on manual and/or automation testing, software engineering, and delivering exceptional results, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design effective solutions.
  2. Perform manual and/or automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
  3. Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  4. Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  6. Contribute to the design and development of front-end or back-end components of software applications.
  7. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  8. Analyze business requirements and user needs to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  9. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  10. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in your area of expertise.
  11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, such as QA engineering, front-end development, back-end development, or analysis.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience in manual and/or automation testing, software engineering, or the respective field.
  3. Familiarity with relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools associated with your role.
  4. Educational qualifications: BCA/B.Sc-IT/B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MSc-IT or equivalent.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  7. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
