Position: QA Engineer
Location: Remote Work
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automation testing for web applications, mobile applications (iOS/Android), APIs, and databases.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of web and mobile applications.
- Test APIs and databases for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand product requirements and define testing strategies.
- Identify and document defects, track their status, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Participate in test automation efforts, creating and maintaining automation scripts.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA function.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Extensive experience in testing web applications and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Strong knowledge of testing APIs and databases.
- Proficiency in test automation with at least 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with various test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
